Capcom has officially rolled out a new update for Resident Evil Requiem across all platforms. The patch focuses on stability fixes and balancing for the endgame content, alongside the announcement of pre-orders for the latest franchise merchandise.
Patch Notes Overview (June 25)
The latest update introduces minor technical fixes across all target systems and addresses community feedback regarding the difficulty scaling in the endgame modes.
Leon Must Die Forever Minigame Balance Changes:
- Reduced the difficulty settings for Forever – Rank 1 and Forever – Rank 2.
- Enhanced several character skills to allow for a wider variety of enhancer combinations.
- Greatly increased the chance that hand grenades will not be consumed when using the "Explosives Specialist" skill.
- Increased the attack power bonus bonus for hand grenades and other throwable weapons when using the Throwing+ skill.
- Extended the total active duration of the "Strategist" skill and upgraded its base attack power bonus.
New Resident Evil Funko Pop! Collection
In addition to the game update, the new Resident Evil Funko Pop! lineup is now officially open for pre-orders. The collection includes vinyl figures of Leon S. Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Albert Wesker, and the Chainsaw Villager from Resident Evil 4. Availability may vary by region, so checking local retail platforms and collectible stores is recommended.
